I believe it'll work too, but of course you cant be getting the maximum out of the plant due to the cooler temps. & hrs. of daylight that time of the year. Smaller less dense buds im guessing.

i live in the southern hemisphere and grow all year round, i can answer your question in alot of detail but u have to swap the months around becasue they will be the opposite, i flower with 10 hours of light and up to 13.5 hours. and it snows outside my greenhouse and i can still pull over a pound a plant. ill put together some pics for u 2moro and a detailed explaination of how i do it. im just heading out tonight so not gonna have time and dont want to rush it.

I live in NorCal, I tried it last year. Put a dozen 4' plants I had started indoors, out into the greenhouse in late Nov.

The plants did grow well, but the buds never fully developed, runny, sparse, airry, but frosty as hell. They had frost all over them.

Fortunatly I have a full sized hash making set-up, made it all into hash

i heard that the plants stop producing THC when they receive less than 10 hours of light. anyone know about this. cause i know that we end up getting like 9 hours of light at one point in southern cali...

The plant will get shocked and maybe die from the cold weather I live in cali as well SFV 818. If you have a green house just leave them inside there. I've tried throwing some plants outside during nov-dec a couple years back and only one plant survived and the yield was like 2 grams the buds didn't develop due too the cold and freezing rain and lack of sunlight. Have you ever heard of a winter plant?

Blue Dream, Grand Daddy and Purple Kush under 1000 watt light hoping too yield big

Indoor monster plant

What do you use for your grow?

In Dec. and Jan. in L.A. only gets 10-10 1/2 hrs of daylight. Nov. starts at 10 hrs. 47 mins. of daylight and ends at 10hrs. 4 mins. Then at the end of Dec. only 9hrs. 55mins. Then in Jan. it starts to get longer everyday and by the end it's 10hrs. 31 mins.

Through a space heater in there and even a little humidifier that seems like common sense to me but i could e wrong. But if you have a green house you could make an artificial atmosphere per say inside of it with different stuff ya?
