Call the Dr. who sent your paper work in. You might be able to get in early. It will be up to him. Remember you have to get your records yourself for they will not do it. You only need them from the time you got your licence to now. No records you will be wasting your time. For those people who don,t know you will have to go through this every year. So save your money. $150.00 to the Dr. $150.00 to the state.

You can get his fax# so your regular Dr. can send them to him or you can ask your regular Dr. for them and take them with you to your next appt. Any way you look at it it is up to YOU to get everything you need this time and from now on.

If you have are on the SNAP program (food stamps), you can cut the fees to the state to $75.00 and some doctors will also take a reduced fee for those on the SNAP program.

I took in my prescription and showed him a couple of empty bottles ( with recent dates ) of prescription drugs I take, told him that the medicine I take, one of the side effects is extreme nausea and to counter it I use cannabis and on my prescription bottle it says one of the side effects is "extreme nausea" .. I didnt need to take any old records from my doctor. I used a "compassionate" doctor. During the summer a lot of "compassionate" doctors would give evaluations at different grow shops. I had to still do that small paperwork and draw a line to my affected body part.

I didn't know you could do that. The place I went (Scottsdale) made me bring all my records in. You got lucky. My regular Dr. doesn't even know I have a card. He is a Morman so he wouldn't do nothing for me .But then i'm sure the dr. I did go to called her self a compassionate dr. You are suppose to see her twice before she would send your paper work in but when shr read my records she said I didn.t have to go through all that and sent my paperwork in. I go back in March on the 15th. They said bring in my records from then till now. They got in touch with me by email not to mention they will give me a discount this next time how much I don't know.

I don't see why you have to renew until a certin date. My plan is when she starts accepting disp. apps i am going to renew at that point save myself from a year of hell.

Everybody should have gotten an email from the state today telling you what to do. If you didn't get it i'm sorry for you must have done something wrong along the way.

another thing we need to change is patient patient sales. we are only allowed to have two ounces but if you have a good harvest you end up with a lot more than that. and there's too much gray area concerning patient to patient sales making it a touchy subject to get rid of your extra.

A lot of people consider their lives & privacy more important than others. Funny, no laughable, to think what kind of people would want to open themselves up to such nonsense as social media(ie facebook et all). There are also those that scam social media since you part with a lot of your privacy so willingly.
