I found this very cheap nutrient for flowers about 2 euro for 1liter, is this good for veg state?

to high Nitrogen for flowering the N should be more like 1 or 2 and the P. should be high, sumthing like 1-5-3 or similar ..

yup high N for veg and high P for flower
