NUB to RIU previous grower with 2x indoor harvest getting back into the game.

Hey peeps just saying hi and I'll be hanging around soaking up more knowledge. Started seeds a few days ago and got a few that popped . Working with Paradice's Swiss Bliss and Nirvana's Bubblelicious. Having a little germination probs. I did towel mothod to rw staters only had luck with 2 beans popping (one of each) we'll see how it goes.

Well I/thoes failed pretty hard in a week. Had 20 beans two of them sprouted. I think they die to overwater @ improper transplant form papertowel to rw i believe. I was using rw starters. 2 showed green then in roots went brown. Next batch I'll try different type starters then transplant to hydro co-co mix.

do not give my money to drug lords, I grow my own!.

hey phatoptimo--sorry to hear about your seeds... Paradise and Nirvana huh?? Never heard anything about paradise really--but have heard some pretty neg reviews on Nirvana's seeds from a guy i know who ordered from them--claims they are some of the worst about sending "scrap" seeds to U.S.--clearly you are not blaming the seed co, and looking at your own mistakes--which is commendable...was this your first time germing seeds??

I want to place an order this week and have been reading reviews for several days now, mostly about the seed banks themselves--and i never forget that Nirvana clearly helps sponsor this site .... sensiseed does seem create a lot of award winning strains..I would love to get my hands on some diesel--sour diesel, power diesel, NY diesel--whatever--any diesel I've ever tried was the SHIT--but right now out of stock from the banks I want to order from

anyway--i wish you better luck next time--what a bummer

Thanks for the support . Good news: All is well now. I changed from rockwool starters to peate pods. Also used a low humidity dome instead of a clone dome. I also upgraded to some more reliable genetics (more cash as usual). Got some Serious Seeds White Russian and Serious Seeds Bubblegum. Took 5 of each strain (10 total beans) and I now have 8 above ground doing well. i have more of these seeds in a safe place for backup. So I got 1 phenom.. Man its doing quite well check em out (last pic). Day 17 from seed in my hand /w 400mh. Decided to do soil for them. I am using a light mix so roots get oxygen faster. The soil is a high peralite mix. The mix was peralite 45-50%, miricle grow pot soil 40-45%, 5% sand, 5% Spangum moss and lime. Put rocks in bottoms of pots for best drainage. They trans planted day on 4 or 5. Then I let the roots get established for a few days /w pure water (once the pots get light weight refeed). On day 13 I hit them with a small amout of liquid karma 1/2 strenght for seedlings. Day 15 used small amount of cal mag plus during feeding. Here we are!!! Thanks again! Support Medical MJ!!!
