I like #1and #3, however, I Might suggest, for investigative research only, checking out "Rembrandt lighting" and a little reflective fill, just like you would for a portrait.
 
I vote qleaner!!

Havent seen any of you OG guys grow some dank qleaner as of late, that banana pheno has some amazing color to it..

....yeah, i am thinking three sativa doms, or three indy doms.....but my outdo is almost all indy, so almost certain my first run of the late fall will be sativas......something like chern, jtr, timewreck.....or space jill, 3D, space bomb.......too many choices! heh heh....;-)

Nugs,

I read a couple of the articles out of Skunk about sativas. There was actually some new info for me in that issue, but I'm not sure what to make of it. I was wondering if you could lend some insights from your experience.

1 - The 'Rev' states in a couple places that sativas, unlike hybrids or indicas, grow much more weight and achieve better potency if they are allowed to veg 6-8 weeks prior to flowering. For those needing smaller plants, he recommends aging the mother enough that the closes have enough maturity.

2 - The 'Rev' also states that the reason some sativas never seem to finish is that they are provided too much nitrogen late in flowering. The nitrogen keeps the plant growing instead of ripening. He recommends cutting way back on the N as the plants approach harvest time. He also says excessive heat can keep the plants from ripening.

Both of these items struck me as genuinely useful info-- if they're true (and I suspect they are). Interesting that you already favor long veg times and 'fading' the nutrients out. I look forward to your opinion.
