The Ban in nevada county was voted down but is still in effect as of today and now the POS of supervisors are meeting behind closed doors. I'm sure there is fist #! $* being schemed up as we talk.

I'm also operating under a ban. Sucks ass nuggs. Prohibiting patients from growing is BS.
Advice I got from a local law enforcement was to keep it covered and out of public view and the property locked up. Keep plant counts low and less likely to have trouble.

I'm in San berdo county, barely. My town had zero discussion, just outright ban.
They are very concerned about commercial enterprise.

it started from complaints from people in the Sheridan area because of one grower that insists on growing 99 plants in town on one acre. the supervisor in that district kirk uhler has been fighting for ban all along. it was a 3/2 vote before in favor of growing. Uhler of Sheridan and weygandt of granite bay were the 2 that wanted ban. garcia, montgomery and holmes were for regulating. holmes changed his vote , and went against what he said he would do for us when we re-elected him last month. The whole system is a set-up. they knew what was going to happen before the vote. they had extra police and k-9 present.
