Hi folks!
It's my first time growing indoors and the symtoms of the plants it's not clear to me, looks like nut burn but the spots are dark, they're in the plants that are in front of the fan (2 feet distance) and in the bottom leafs, I would appreciate any advice.

Here are the complete setup:
- Seeds: Sensiseed indoor mix.
- Day temperature: 78°F. (18 hours)
- Night temperature: 69°F (6 hours)
- Fan: 14 hours in slow.
- Humid: 55%
- Light: CFL T5 2 8,000 lumen, 4 3000k lamps at 2 from the highest canopy and 3 42w twister 3200k bulbs around at 2".
- Food: grow solution at 550ppm with 0.01% vitamins, 0.05%H2O2; 2 times per day.
- pH: 5.8
