Many of the boosters work - if applied properly.
They don't work like magic. It takes skill and proper technique.
If you are adding a booster of any kind, think of it like nitrous for a car engine. Fuel and air must also be increased for the nitrous to boost your engines performance. And as we all know, sometimes the engines blow up. Boom.
Boosters for plants can do the same thing. If you only add a booster but do not add the other things the plant needs at the same time, (with the faster uptake speed caused by the booster), you're looking at disaster in your garden.
