Nute Burn and Heat Stress ?

Hello guys i have a Northern Lights plant that is starting very sickly , i had a problem that i had to go out for a week and my brother came here for watering , but the things was not at all prepared so the plant was in a small pot under a 400W HPS GreenPower Bulb , and the dirt in the pot was rather hot , the temp in the Grow was 28ºC but the soil should be at arround 24 maybe , also i think the soil maybe is causing nute burn.. i dont know why because i bought the least fertilized soil in store , about 0.6 0.8 EC .

This is how she looks...

i was worried she was going to die , so i transplanted it , took some dirt out of the root , not all of course , and putted it into a soil from a near farm , raw soil , unfertilized , mixed it with some perlite and put ajusted the Growroom and now the Temp range its fine both ambient and soil zone , the bulb is about 1 meter away from the plant so there isn't too much light intensity and switch to 20/4 because she was on 24/0.
What do you guys think i should do ?
The Next picture is after the transplant.
Sorry about anything in my english , but its not my native language.

Kinda looks like u had some overwatering goin on the new soil looks much better tho, all you really can do now is give it time n not overwater to let the roots recover, gl man

thanks for the input , but the photos have a few minutes diference , the new soil photo its right after the trasplant , maybe the better looking its from the photo angle...
but do you think its overwater ? because she had a some hard time with dry hot soil...
i also switch a few minutes for 2x 23 W Philips Tornado Bulbs .. cause i am afraid the hps its too much for it
