LOL.. Plants dont need vitamins? So people shouldnt take them either right brah.. Dude you give people crazy information hahah. Plants do need vitamins and minerals to grow. Vitamin B1 and other B vitamins help reduce stress and transplant shock and prevent stress causing diseases, wow man you give people terrible information.
Coco is one of the best mediums on the planet to grow cannabis. Coco coir by nature is a ph stable medium.. It holds roughly 10x its weight in water and enables you to feed heavily due to its oxygen producing capabilities in your plants rhizosphere. Since coco unlike peat based mediums are ph stable while retaining water, it is important to know that you need to feed everyday when running coco while targeting a ph nutrient solution between 5.8-6.0.. Also when running coco for the first few weeks you need to supplement additional calcium since coco binds calcium molecules from being uptaken by your plants, its important to also run a humic and fulvic acid to make sure that the calcium is being uptaken by your roots. The process in coco that restricts calcium uptake is called chation exchange. The great thing about coco is you need to feed everyday and by increasing nutrient and calcium your plants grow vigorously and fast. Its also great because unlike peat, coco doesnt compress and provides plants rhizospheres plenty of air and oxygen for your roots to flourish.
Second theres absolutely nothing wrong with a base nutrient high in P as long as its not excessive to the point that you are locking out micro nutrients such as iron, calcium or magnesium. I have never seen a base nutrient or pk booster that has ever done this EVER. High P foods in bloom promote root mass and excellerate bud growth and development, those levels are perfectly fine for bloom. Dont forget the guy giving you information thinks you need more nitrogen in bloom which should show you his lack of knowledge. Cheers
