Nute burn or deficiency

Are these deficient or nute burnt? 2 weeks into flower and some of the girls are starting to yellow, some have some brown spots. Using fox farm nutrients but way less than recommended cause I noticed plants burning previously after application. When I switched to flower I gave 1 tsp grow big to compensate for stretch, in the second week first application of tiger Bloom 1 tsp per gallon. Big bloom in between as well as regular water. I basically use tiger Bloom once a week and big Bloom once a week, apart from that phed water. Anything else I should give them during first weeks of flower? Planning on a cal mag boost soon, but other than that i need input...

Can't tell from that pic. I'd say either under feed or suffering from P and/or K overdose, but again not the best pic to work with.

Plants are severely stressed, something is very wrong.

1.
root zone pH issue, (pH to high), if not go to 2
2.
explain your watering habits, its not over-watering, but it could be under-watering, if not go to 3
3.
severe magnesium deficiency, if you are already giving them at least 1/2 teaspoon of Espom salt, it won't be that so go to 4
4.
Iron deficiency, or lockout because (1), pH in root zone to high, if pH is in root zone is high, flush until runoff is in the correct range 6.2 - 6.5, then water plant with feed in the correct pH range, if Iron deficiency, feed 8ml ca/mg+ per gallon of water or feed + add 1/2 tsp of Epsom salt to that mix, and if not Iron deficiency, or lockout because (1), pH in root zone to high, go to 5
5.
Nitrogen deficiency, feed them more, 1 - 4 weeks of flower, feed 4ml GB, 8ml BB, 4ml ca/mg+, 1/2 tsp Epsom salt, weeks 5 - 7, feed 2ml GB, 12ml BB, start at 2ml TB (but bump it up to 3ml if no leaf tip burn, then try to bump it up to 4ml if not leaf tip burn at 3ml, but don't feed anymore than 4ml TB), 4ml ca/mg+, 1/2 tsp Epsom salt, week 8 to chop, feed 8ml BB, 4ml TB, 1/2 tsp Epsom salt

Thanks for the detailed answer. I'll go 1 by 1:
1. always put half a tsp ph down per gallon to get ph around 6.3, sometimes it stays around 6.5 but I dont want to use too much ph down cause it quickly jumps below 6 if I add more at that point for some reason.
2. Usually 1 gallon every day for 6 plants. 5 gallon pots. The top stays moist all the time usually. Sometimes I water till runoff, but I usually do the heavy watering in the final 2 weeks (flush).
3. Gave them some feeding that I prepared with egg shells that I later filtered out and Epsom salt a few times but not consistently... will prepare another cal mag boost.
4. I'll water until runoff tomorrow and check the ph.
5. Thanks again for this. Honestly I feel like they were green and healthy until I fed them 1 tsp of GB when I switched the light to 12/12. That's when the first burns happened along with the first pistils appearing. It seems like they were fine in the fresh Ocean Forest soil after transplant to 5 gallons with just phed water, but then I started feeding... I'll keep your suggestions in mind for the rest of this round. Will probably switch nutrients for the next round.

I checked water ph of runoff today. It's actually pretty low. Around 5.60. Weird since the water that goes in is always around 6.3 or higher. Maybe the ph down gets stronger the longer it sits...? What should I do now? Feed some higher ph water for a while or flush?

Cold water: started to used lukewarm water a few weeks ago when it started getting really cold at night.
