Nute burn or deficiency?

I just posted this in Nick17gar's Guide to Nutrient Deficiency or Toxicity, but i wanted to start a new thread because i'm about to water tonight. I've narrowed it down to a few things it could be but I have no idea what this is cause i am a newb, so i'm not even going to make suggestions. One thing i can mention is that my pH has been too low for soil. I have been pH'ing between 5.5-5.9, and now i know i should be pH'ing between 6.2-6.5. I also have been overwatering. Temps and humidity are fine. Both pics are of the same plant, worst one in my garden right meow. One pic is under CFL lighting, and the other is under incandescent. Please help.
