Looks like nute but hard to tell! There is a glare in the pics right on the spots!

Hard to say from those pics......but I'd say NOT heat stress......if it's in a soil with nutes built in ie...fox farms of, miracle grow, etc , then I'd say overwatered.....

jacks nutes and mirclae grow soil ( which i know is my first problem)
gonna flush and go from there

I would drop the jack nutes and just use what in the MG soil for at least three week then start adding nutes
