Nute burn or something else?

Growing outside, 2 weeks into flowering. Have not started with the flowering nutes yet. Only used 4-0-2 and 1-5-8 veg nutes so far. Is this a deficiency or nute burn. Also recently sprayed plant with soap and garlic a few days ago

Tips of plants are getting worse, i added flowering nutes, will tale pics tomorrow.....
