so i used FFOF trio big bloom tiger bloom and grow big. i just started using beastie bloom about a week ago along with silica blast by botanicare.

can anyone tell me if this is nute burn? i started using ferts every other watering to try to see if that helps. also the PH of my water doesnt change when i add my nutes, ive even waited for 10 minutes and still at 6.8-7. is this weird? i don't think they are supposed to be nuetral but im not complaining i hate using ph up and down solutions they are tricky.

also i have 5 diff strains and this is only happening on the GDP and purple kush and not on the bubba kush, chem dawg or Green kush plants..?

here some pics can anyone verify that this is nute burn so i can flush my plants and not some kind of deficiency? i hope this wont affect the yield in 4 weeks?? thanks any info is appreciated! HAPPY 420!!:eyesmoke:

I'd be very careful mixing nutes from different lines together... sometimes there will be unforseen chemical bonding issues etc. I would definitely say its a burn - did they look happier after a clean watering or a nutrient watering? A flush can't hurt, so I say try it first. also when you add nutes make sure

A) they are COMPLETELY dissolved in your solution
B) never add dry nutes together. dissolve one in your water completely, then add the others the same way.

also i just took a PH reading of the soil and its around 6.2 . this is too low im guessing i think im gona have to start using that damn ph up solution. does anyone know good organic ferts for soil that are PH balanced?

should i wait t'll the soil dries out more ( i just watered them yesterday) before i flush to not risk overwatering? or should i start flushing now?

your ph is fine in potted soil all the way to 5.5 the buds may get a little lanky but the soil is fine. A lot of times with these soils Mg in particular they go down to 5 and 4.5 at flush (buffers) anyways I check the WSPH the next day after watering and 10 min in the soil to acclimate the probe or you can do distilled H20 at 2-1 wait for settle and probe with meter. Flush with ph balanced h20 3 times the size of your container last few gallons add 1 tbs pf epsom salt per gal for at least 3 of them.
Soil under 7 its heaven above 5.8 is still great! just made that up. Though the values are good.
Ph stable to keep your soil up add calcium lime 1 tbsp per 5 gall to lower Ph use Pete Moss Spagnum blend to desired value and water with Ph balanced H20.
Vinegar Down baking soda Up temp solution for flushing purposes.

the only thing about using vinegar for down (it is down, not up. http://goo.gl/57Ls : and here on RIU : https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/29873-vinegar-used-ph.html), is that it doesnt last. vinegars properties as a PH modifier are temporary. You should get PH Up/Down specific solutions.

Its also probably that different phenotypes are taking the nutrients differently which is why you're seeing it in some strains and not others. I've always used the PH Up/Down solutions without much issue, you have a PH meter, what about PPM?

you definitely want to let soil get a little dried out, over watering is not good as you can get root rot amongst promoting high humidity levels, which can possibly lead to bud rot

ah right you are I will edit that I flipped it. and you are right about that I realize that there is an alkalinity issue with that too. But most M2o is replaced within a few days---hence the vinegar but if it were a tank or dunks system you betcha---- muratic acid.
