Nute question

Hey all,
I use the 3 GH nutes. I started off with 1/4 nutes, then half, now I'm at full strength. Its going well, she's growing fast & bushy. On the bottle they have the Aggressive veg. Which, for my 5 gal setup would be 60 ml of Flora Gro, 20 ml of Bloom, 40 ml micro.
What I use is 25 ml of each.
This is my 2nd grow, so there's a shit ton that I need to learn about hydro. That aggressive veg seems like a huge jump. Are they referring to other plants? I'm not going to attempt this unless I'm sure, otherwise ill stick to what I feed her now. Any thoughts? Thanks.

When I used GH I started the same, and then during veg after week 3 or 4 for each 5 gallons I used 25 ml of each. I have moved on to Jacks and won’t go back.

1:1:1 (MGB) is much closer to GH's latest feed chart, should be fine.

I've never needed to use more than the light feed

I have been running 5ml/gal. of each in veg last few runs and wouldn't want more than that, they grow fast enough.

I use calmag sometimes also, and my ec hit 1.5. Was kinda worried it would be to hot but she took it

Besides the 3 GH, I'm using 25 ML Calmag & 10 ml hydroguard. (5 gal)
As far as the EC, im using spring water. EC for that is .3 after adding nutes its 2.1
Shes 3 weeks old and she's taking off. She's bushy and short, (12")
Shes topped, she was so thick on top, I had to clip a bunch of leaves so light would get through.

I'm thinking of trying 10ml(M) 5ml(G) 15ml(B) per gal each. I use the old mixing chart, I don't care for the new one mainly because I don't do weekly rez changes. By the old chart 5ml/gal across the board is full strength for veg

So how often do you change reservoir?

That doesn't sound like a strong mix. I'm surprised it comes out to 2.1 ec, I use 30 ml of each in a 5 gal pail during veg just to keep it simple. I'll bet that aggressive mix would work ok, I may try it next time around.

So how do you know how much food to put in your bucket each time? Are you relying on EC/PPM?
