nutes and salt build up comparison

i recently just started using my first hydro system... its been quite an experience so far...

what im curious to find out is how other nutes do as far as salt build ups go.. right now i am using general hydroponics products... and although they nutes work great, it seems there is a lot of salt build up from it... but i also read somewhere (after i purchased everything) the GH was bad when it came to build up...

so what do you use and how much build up do you have from it??

any tips to keeping build up down??

I really don't have any problems with salt build up with General Hydroponics or Advanced Nutrients. Although I'm kinda anal about keeping my stuff clean. I just rinse it right after I use it. I've seen other people growing with their buckets all crusty with salt. Come to think of it his house looked like my garage. DOH.

i keep my system clean.. every res change (weekly) gets a solid flush.. i have an idea it might have been from my my ec being to high and it was just excess nutes..

I use it and I flush every two weeks. Ive had no problems but wow do my girls look GREAT! (all but that one funky mazar+afghan lol)
