Nutrient and Supplement Samples

does anyone else try to get some sample packs of stuff online? have a pretty good collection of samples from aurora organics alive and NFTG Agrothrive, used the nectar pack a little of the end of the grow i finished but looking forward to it. i think i can put together a few 2 plants grows with only samples over the winter.

I prefer to stick with the same basic inexpensive dry water soluble nutrients. Most nutrients are all made from the same raw ingredients coming from the same chemical plants just in different formulations. The exception being the organic nutrients. When you're switching around trying this and that you have to dial in things. I prefer to just stick with the same product. There is no magic nutrient that has better nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, and all the other elements. Plants don't care about brand.

oh i agree completely, its more of a change of pace thing for me ill still be marking the ph. and ppm as always, with some of these products the water soulable ones include myco and bacteria that look way better than the fox farm bottles I'm finishing off for this grow. for me right now it could be a way of simplifying what i use to a good degree. but as always i should try it first before I buy a decent amount.

Nectar of the gods isn't worth the trouble imo.i prefer Dr Earth and a few other dry amendments/compost.

Anything but Fox Farm nutes or multi bottle lines.

used a little Hercs for the end of this last grow with the cream and cheese CBD still curing cant really tell much yet but may have helped stack a little during flush but i most likely wont be able to tell. need to just do a one or 2 plants with nectar. ive been using straight maxi bloom and SLF for the roots in the kratky grow and its great too.

i hope so it was a good harvest.

Athena sent me a sweet sample pack that will last a while. Something like 10 pounds each of their core, grow, and bloom, plus a few bottles of extras.

Wasn't there a thread about Athena samples? Someone claiming they got something like 100 pounds or more? Maybe it was something else. I can't remember.

I'd take a 10 pound sample but I wouldn't bother with something that was only enough for one or two grows.

Just message them and ask on IG. The pack they sent me was worth over $500 retail (their shit is expensive), and the shipping was free. Yeah, I think they are giving bigger operations pallets.

got some orca and king crab from plant revolution last year not sure they do those samples anymore online was under 10 dollars shipping.

I didn't send any pics, and I got the powder. 10 pounds each of the core, bloom, and grow. So far I haven't done their crazy high EC suggestions, so it's 3.25g of either bloom or grow, plus 2g of core per gallon to get an EC around 1.3. Their "core" is basically CalNit plus micros. They also sent a big bottle of Potassium Si, but I haven't been using that. Also they sent a bottle of Hypochlorous acid, which has been a new addition for me, but does seem to be keeping stuff clean.
