The nutrient issue appears to be calcium. Aphids are not helping. Doctor Doom prescribed for the little bastards.
 
The leaf in the picture is from plants that are a couple weeks from flipping to flower. We have two plants to harvest tonight, however.

I suppose all trimmings should be disposed of, but the crop can still be consumed, I hope.
