That's a good question. That is an absolutely fucking enormous pot, man. 37.5 liters isn't a typo, right? You're talking about a 10 gallon pot?
I would venture a guess that you would be better off at this point going to much smaller containers. Even a 1 or 2 gallon container would be miles better than what you're currently working with.
Even if you try to do a full wet/dry cycle, in a huge pot like that you will never have the center of the medium anywhere near as dry as the top or the bottom.
So to answer your question, my suggestion there is to go down quite a bit in pot size until you have an established root system. I'm not sure that you can really get where you need to go using your current container.
