Anyone have an idea what is going on here?

whole plant looks good except the terminal tops. new growth is yellow and becoming more and more deformed. this plant motherplant was flushed with clearex over a week ago because of this problem and a diluted nutrient (botanicare line) was added to it. anyone see a problem here?

general hydroponics PH control kit is whats being used (bottle of ph up, down, test vial, testing solution) nutrients and water is always tested at 6.0 before added to growing medium.

check the pH but this looks like a classic Calcium deficiency to me with the young leaf being yellow and distorted.

kinda looks like a toxicity to me
correct me if i'm wrong someone, but toxicities normally affect the top of the plant since it is new growth. Deficiencies affect the bottom since new growth can draw nutrients from the bottom to feed the top.
