someone told me that adding sugar, honey, or molasses to the water maybe for nutrients or during flowering because it could increase your yield a good percentage

mollasses is good as it has potasium, you mix 1 teaspoon to a gallon of water, can use it in veg & flower but be careful it draws bugs

I add it once a month inbetween nute feedings

I have used molasses and hydrogen peroxide for flushes during both veg and flowering stages. They feed the beneficial bacteria in your growing medium that eats decaying matter, fungus, mold, and makes things uncomfortable for plant eating baddies. Do not use molasses in hydroponics.

Sugar is not good for plants. Its refinedand the sugars are already broken down. Long chain carbohydrates (complex) have more nutrients than simple carbohydrates. Sugar tends to attract the less desireable types. Sugar Daddy's secret ingredient are black strap (unsulphurated/first run) moleasses with an extra 500% mark up on the price tag.
