I use general hydroponics flora series with koolbloom. I usually grow in hempy buckets but im transferring over to dwc. What nutrient strength should I use.

Shouldnt need to exceed 800....they can probably handle 1200 with relative ease, but there is no benefit of going that high, and your Ph will be all over the place. 800ppm and you will be golden, as long as you follow the proper ratio's

I use GH flora in DWC and LP aero /nft

This is the basic formula I use, adjusted for different strains.

All measurement are per gallon

Early Veg / Re Veg
1-2ml Gold Zone
5ml micro
5ml grow
5ml bloom

Veg
1-2ml gold zone
10ml micro
0-5ml grow
15ml bloom

Early Flower
1-2ml gold zone
10ml micro
15ml bloom
5ml koolbloom

Flower
1-2ml gold zone
10ml micro
15ml bloom
5 ml koolbloom (dry koolbloom last 2 weeks)
1tbs black strap molasses or 1-2ml per 5 gallons of Gravity

I have been using the Flora series and have recently found that the Lucas Formula works the best both for me and the plants. 2 part solution (you can ditch the GROW) just use the Micro and Bloom. Same strength from veg to harvest if vegging under an HID light. The ratio takes RO or water near 7.0 down to 5.8 without any DOWN.

I top off with 1/3 strength and my numbers stay steady.

FULL STRENGTH IS:
8 ml per gallon Micro
16 ml per gallon Bloom

Google "Ask Lucas" if you want to know why it works. I just follow the simple instructions. The only other thing I add is a Compost Tea. KISS.

I started myself with Lucas but found that some of the strains I grew had some deficiencies. The above use that I posted is what I ended up using on most strains. Lucas is great but not the best for every single grow out there.

** The somewhat "new" GH duo series (Part A + B )is more or less the Lucas formula pre-bottled.

Yeah I think it is probably best to be used as a starting point or base to go off of and tweak from there. I definitely was making it way to complicated early on. Start with the basics and make small changes to see how things respond. Plus I hate having to change out my reservoir.
