Does the label normally tell you how much to add or do you just use the rule of thumb depending on how mature your grow is? I need to get a lot of things and unfortunately a PPM/EC meter is not high on that list.
But what about nutrients for plants straight into 12 12? Just use bloom nutes? I mean they need a lot of nitrogen too right?[/QUOTE said:
To further explain what the person before me did. Yes. They do. The first few weeks after you flip the swtich to 12/12 is a period of explosive vegetative growth. It is best to continue veg nutes (high N) for at leat the first couple of weeks, to avoid N deficiency later on. Hope this helps. I'm still a newbie myself but I think fundamental principles like this should be understood before fully immersing yourself into your first grow.
