Yeah I live in las vegas, I heard about this. The story is that her doctor gave a recommendation for more than the state legal limit (99 plants), and thats what she was growing. The state law in nevada says that a card carrier can have up to 7 plants growing. Plus she was selling out of her house..
Idk how I feel about this.
I feel bad for them, but at the same time the law says 7, and I'm happy about that. I don't like people like this going crazy and messing shit up for the rest of us. By the time we know it, were gonna lose local support and they're gonna make growing illegal again. I think if you really need 100 plants to ease your pain, then you really should move to california. Plus if she really needed all that weed, she wouldn't have been selling it.

Beansly I agree with you.
If anyone is trying to support proper legislature in medical marijuana then they need to abide by them laws being set.
I am not sure about being a caretaker and maybe growing for the few who dont wanna do it them selves. But it sounds in that article they were trying to loophole a system and make gains and got caught.

It is of interest to note that during alcohol prohibition people could go to doctor and get a prescription for it. There was a song about it entitled "Oh! Doctor" written in 1920. The similarities between cannabis prohibition and alcohol prohibition are striking.
