He was convicted, Congress just failed to act. The Arkansas bar did act. He lost his license to practice law, disbarred, for committing perjury. Just so everyone is aware, El Timid doesn't have a dog. He just likes picking up dog shit.

He wasn't convicted. There are two bodies of Congress. It takes both bodies to carry out an impeachment. State government has nothing to do with federal government. Please read the document called Constitution of the United States and specifically the 10th amendment. The 10th will explain the separation of federal and state powers.

I am assuming you can read, not that you are intelligent enough to comprehend.

He was convicted and disbarred. Disbarred is disbarred, regardless of whether it was state or federal.

There are two bodies of Congress. None of you has separated this as yet. As it relates to a president, the House can impeach. This amounts to a charge. The Senate then must be the court and hand down the conviction or acquittal.

The Senate is responsible for carrying out impeachment.

The charge was not carried out.

This is like saying OJ was found guilty of murder. He was charged and nothing more.
