NYCD, Lemon Diesel, Bubblegum & some bagseeds - 400 watt HPS - 12/12 from seed

Hey everyone. Been awhile since I posted on RIU, but I said I'd be back & here I am. I've got some good flavors to show you guys this time. I'm well into my grow now, these pics are 45 days from seed on a 12/12 cycle. Seeds were started with paper towel method & transplanted into 16 oz party cups, then into 5 gallon buckets. Using Miracle Grow organic garden soil, pearlite, vermiculite, Miracle Grow bone meal, Espoma Bio Tone, & a few other goodies. If anyone has any input on what they think the bagseed strains might be feel free to throw it out there. Thanks for checking out my grow & please subscribe & plus rep, I will rep back! :bigjoint:

Just updating this thread, I wanted to post date it a little bit with some older pics. Today is day 56 of flowering. Bubblegum is starting to show a lot of red hairs, so is one of the Lemon Diesel kolas. Planning on chopping a little something on the 21st or 22nd to smoke on xmas. :bigjoint:

Thanks for stopping by. Here's a pic of one of the Lemon Diesels. They aren't very tall. The tallest ones are maybe 60-75 cm. I'm not really 100% sure on the height because I LST'd them.

Looking really good. Looks like you might have a kush or kush cross. And those are some good looking buds for going 12/12 from seed. Could you do me a favor and back up and take a picture of the whole plant. I would like to get a
idea of how tall they are. I will be doing a 12/12 from seed to get a harvest quickly. I haven't grown since nov 26th 2010 because I was hit by a car but have some seeds germinating now.

Hey man thanks for stopping by & for the rep. Sorry to hear about your accident, I had a bad one a few years back myself. I will try & get you another pic tonight. My goal was for a harvest in 60 days, but it looks like these girls want at least another 1-2 weeks. The bubblegum is definitely finishing the fastest. As far as Facebook goes, I am in the 33% of the country that is boycotting facebook. :weed:

Here's a pic of the 2 tallest plants. Like I said, I LST'd them. The 75 cm is probably generous. Looking a little closer today I'd say 60-65. Some of the kolas are getting huge tho. I'm expecting some 7-14 gram buds. Keep in mind the plants are 4 or so inches down inside the buckets as well.

Your welcome. You earned the Rep for sure. Great looking girls for going 12/12 from seed. Boycotting Facebook? Uhoh why whats going on? Honestly I always hated Facebook. Never had a page and never wanted a page. But I hear its really good for promotion if you write a blog. So I made one for my blog. But I will probably NEVER make one for my personal use. But I am curious as to why there is a boycott on Facebook.

Oh, and I have some exciting news to tell u and anyone else listening. I acquired the rights to use Urban Grower's video's on my blog. And I already had Green House seed so now I got 2 very popular people in the Cannabis Community that I can feature on my blog. I just updated it today. Its crazy how much traffic I got today. More traffic today then I had all week.

That's really nice for 12/12 from seed. I dunno about getting some 14G buds but by looking it the photo I think a 7G bud is possible. Even that might be pushing it thou.

Well, they're not done by a long shot. I'm gonna give most of them 10-14 more days. Some of the main kolas are approaching the size of a 16 oz water bottle, maybe even a vitamin water bottle. I'll try n take a pic to show the size.

I actually use to do SEO for a big company. And yeah I will be monetizing my blog. Just going to get content and dedicated readers before I do. Then I will start running ads and renting out space for advertisers. That
was actually one reason I started the blog. For extra income.

Yeah I never had a facebook and never wanted one. But I got one for the blog because I was told it would be very helpful. So far it hasn't helped. I got one person that Liked me on facebook. Facebook was nothing like I thought it was. Really isn't much to it. Hopefully the person that liked me has people who follow or like him and can see that he liked me. Lol that's just way to confusing right there.

Thats pretty damn nice. Remember you will loose a lot of weight and size when it dries. You should of seen the size of my white widow cola's. They were HUGE. And they only ended up weighting a little over 7 grams once dried. I will check to see if I re-uploaded the picture to my PC and if I did I will post it under this post. If not I will get it uploaded again once I have a chance and I will show you. I had thousands of pictures in my computer, not of just bud but a lot of other stuff too and I lost everything because I had to do a system restore on my computer. Wish I everything backed up. Oh well. Live n Learn.

But ur girls are looking really nice that's awesome for 12/12. So you didn't do any vegging? You went right to 12/12? How tall are they now?

Hope your blog takes off man. I know a guy with NORML who does something similar. All I know is I have yet to use facebook & I don't plan on it. I don't like the ease of access to personal information. If I'm trying to get a job I don't need some HR person looking up my facebook & seeing me talk about the kush I smoked today. Just not gonna work for me.

Yup, started with 12/12. They aren't very tall. The tallest ones are like just over two feet. It's hard to tell because I LST'd them. I've got 3 of them that are only 15 inches or so if that lol. I've got a whole new wave started already from seed as well. Got some AK-47 which I'm hoping will actually finish in less than 60 days, both the diesel strains I'm growing now, & some unknown bag seeds again as well. I've got a bubba kush I'm thinking about starting up too.

& ya I'm aware of the shrinkage factor but these are easily the biggest buds I've grown. I've weighed in a 7 grammer before so I'm counting on one of these big ones being pretty close to a 1/2 oz. & also, like I said, they aren't done growing yet. They are still putting on weight every day so I need to give them some more time. Looking close at the bubblegum today tho & she's showing a few amber trichs, getting mighty close to her kola being ready for an early xmas harvest. One of the Lemon diesel kolas is right there as well. Probably gonna chop those two off the top tomorrow & let the lower buds fill out for another week or so. :hump:

I hear ya. That's why my Cannabis Country facebook has no personal info. I don't have a personal facebook page and I never will. Hell I thought I would never have a facebook period. But I was told its excellent for promoting blogs. Honestly thou I hate it already. Damn thing sucks and is not user friendly at all.

Thanks, my blog has been doing better then I thought it would have. 3 days ago I got a huge spike and had like 70 people visit my blog in 10 mins. Which is great. When I started I didn't get 70 people in a week.
I can't wait to start monetizing my blog and making some money. That will be my second source of income. I can't work. And I been fighting to get disability for awhile now. I received temporary benefits but that ended about 2 months ago. So the only money I get is what I make on my own.

Ya I agree you should def give them all the time they need to finish. Thats sweet I have 3 AK-47 seeds germinating as we speak. Also got a Afgani and 2 seeds I got from my buddy who also is a grower. I forgot what strains they were I will have to ask him. I like to know what I am growing. I bet you can't wait until harvest. I know I can't wait to get growing again. Should have the 3 that cracked in dirt Friday. Here man this is a video of my White Widow grow from last year. Or the year before that. Can't remember what one. Anyways this was taken at about 6 1/2 weeks of flowering.

Kool we can compare our AK grows then. Mine are just approaching a week in dirt, today is day 5. I'll try & get pics of them up tomorrow. Probably a whole new thread on that actually. I miss having afghani around. Used to get some good stuff from a friend of mine who did a SOG with it cuz it finished fast. He was doing it in hydro & growing just one massive bud per clone, they were anywhere from about 14-20 grams per plant. Mad couch lock after 45-50 days in flower. Had some widow last year but it didn't finish properly, I got the plant from a friend out of his backyard & it had some mild root rot because he didn't use a very good soil medium. Yours looked really nice though. Wish mine were that large.

& you're right, I can't wait until harvest. lol Here's a pic of a sample of the Lemon & the bubblegum that should be ready to smoke soon.
