I've nothing against black people. It's liberals like Bucky who think blacks are so stupid they need extra help with this "gap." But they love their culture, big dicks and looks. So I just thought it would be easier to give them a white liberal brain, since they seem to know so much more and with all the white guilt, it seemed a win win.

i see it as being due to socioeconomic factors brought about by centuries of persecution. putting more resources towards the problem to correct it seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to do.

You're a business school dropout, but this might still ring a bell if you weren't high that day. In accounting, there's a term called, "sunk cost." Throw all the resources at a failed project all you want, sometimes it doesn't work, so you just count your losses.

We've tried countless times to fix education using various spending techniques. We spent so much, we should be dominating the world.

It all boils down to the individual. No matter how much you promise, no matter how much you give away, if a person doesn't want it, nothing happens. You can blame it on "socioeconomic factors," or anything else. There are winners from all classes and losers too. Making things "fair" by giving from one and taking from another has never worked, it never will.

Education is not a failed project
If your kid is flunking school as a parent you are to blame not the school
Throwing money at problems doesnt always fix them
But scapegoating teachers who the right wing hates becuase they are in unions is not a solution
Yes we need to help those who need it, not Cut them loose

Because they spend too much time indoctrinating the students in liberalism/socialism and not enough time studying core subjects. I can remember several teachers saying the main objective of public schools was to "socialize" the youth.
