I hold a 0.0001" tolerance for size, concentricity, flatness, and squareness on parts with custom threads, mirrored, syncronized, and blunted that, assembled, contain 500,000 lbs per square inch between two diamonds. This is a PLASTIC thread with a OD of 0.1808. It begins to yield at 840 lbs of force. No one on Earth has successfully made these parts with a test strength beyond 300 lbs but me. I used to supervise a machine shop until I had a heart attack on the shop floor. After that, I programmed for a couple of years before returning to shop work. I can do anything needed in a machine shop. Your job description sounded pretty much like "button pusher" to me.

Wage slave. Buy 4k shares at $7. sell 7 mo.latter at $32. Earn several hundred thou.over ur life public speaking.($500.hr. was best I could reach,not Clinton money, but I was satisfied.Build a portfolio of 32 mortgages in ur 30's, Own 8 hi end rental units in ur 20s, figure out there is a gold rally twice a year every year, ride it for years, same with Oranges ( 1 rally a year) catch on there is more money and a lot less sweat in bad titles than there is in paint brushes and hammers,buy a rental house with 2 vacant lots for $40k and luck out when the state forces u to take $250k for it 4 years later. Get kicked out of a sports book because u are too good at ur nitch. Want some more. I didn't labor , Does that make them not jobs. I don't think that is half bad for a project kid.

Yea ,daddy was a close tolerance machinist too. He worked for Teladyne. had an 8th grade education.

I kept books. Knew how many hours I had in a project, wasn't hard to figure my rate. Can see even simple money matters are beyond U

Small...... I represented peeps mostly in rezoning cases I would cherry pick em, so I only lost 1.Usually Charged 5 or10 K per, usually had about 20 hrs in each, 19 hrs. preparing, 1 hr. before the city or county commission. Wala, 500 hr. speaking. over 200k earned for my speaking services.Or is this beyond ur grasp.

Desperately trying to portray a speaking engagement as an hourly rate job just ain't working. You forgot to include all the hours of education you put in over your lifetime, so that ends up being less than minimum wage. Nobody believes you. Quit trying to be something you're not. And even if you are, If there were 250 qualified guys in your town willing to do it for $10.00, how much do you think you would get?

Blabbering meltdown. U make that O'keef guy look ethical. Quit your job use ur posts as a resume and I'm sure Brightbart will offer a position in nothing flat. Guess U don't understand the diff. between a contract amount averaged over time invested. and an hourly rate.If U had a 500k tract needing rezoning, I'm sure U would say money is no object, give me 2 $10.00 an hour reps. Care to name a few of the peeps that don't believe me, Care to name my town, how bout some of the 250 other qualified's? Just 1. Only 2 one man firms presented zoning cases in my town/county one part time.The door was wide open. Actually I was well rewarded for learning the ropes.Did an easy one for myself. the neighbs. asked me to do the same for them, made a decent pay day, A buddy then asked me to get a duplex rezoned for office use. All on t.v. After that the calls started coming in and I was off and running. "Nobody believes you...... and even if you are". Huh? Statements like that scream " I might be a weak troll but a contender as an idiot" to every follower with a second grade ed.

So when you bill for your "speaking engagement", do you bill for XXX hours? No? Then you don't have a rate, now do you? You obviously missed the word "if" in my example.
