we have been screwed but it didnt happen over night..sold the country job by job..dependant for fuel..people going without food.. just my 2cent.

Hey Filthy, I was just wondering how old you are and what part of the country you live in.

This type of information gives me a better idea of the person and their opinions, so if you don't mind answering those two questions. I'm not looking for a city, just a state would be fine.

we have plenty of fuel hell we have some of the largest deposits on earth but we have to get around the whiney peoplke who are scared to tap it. the jobs yeah we could have had better and not outsourced but the current administration is trying to set a new record in the jobless rates since everytime he makes a move unemployment falls down further down what almost 15% in 7 months to an all time low since the depression of old. Our people could have food but the stars and bleeding hearts want to ship all thier money food and help over seas instead of fixing our own.Poor homeless african chilkdren.hell open the door and see the poor homeless sick American children and stop helping only other countries and help your home..just my 2 cents

I hate out sourcing but know why they do it and yeash it makes things less exspenive but the after effect is less jobs but it is jobs people are unwilling to do at a price that will allow some companys to survive but others do it for the tax breaks if the gov would give thoise to home employers it could be fixed though

The US needs to concentrate on production. High paying production jobs. The sorry state of affairs are though that shackled with the publik skool system, most are not qualified for those jobs. We are inverted from our own history.....

Look, the bottom line is that we all pretty much agree on the main issues, Obama is spending way too much, he's taking the wrong actions to get what needs to be done, done, and he's increasing the power of the federal government exponentially. All of that is a huge problem for America at this time.

The issue I have is that all you guys seem to ONLY blame Obama. You have to realize that this problem started LONG before he became the president. There's a series of events that have taken place the past few decades that have led to where we are today. Blaming it all on Obama and not looking back and seeing exactly how all this got started is the type of thing that will make us repeat the same shit in the future.

So please, stop blaming Obama for every single thing that is wrong with the world and start looking at the ENTIRE picture, the whole scope of things, realize it's a much bigger situation than one man can cause.

Can you guys atleast agree to that much?

Oh, I had one more question for you, you said your running 4 small home businesses and that Obama's plan will tax you out of business. From what I've seen/heard/read his taxes apply to anyone making over a certain amount, I think the last I heard was $250K, and you said you're not a rich man, I was just wondering why his tax plan would put you out of business?

I didn't vote for EITHER candidate this last election. There were no good choices. if you have been following Gov. Palins progress on energy up in Alaska it is nothing short of amazing. Screw David Letterman and the mainstream press (which fear her).

I certainly didn't blame Obama after he got elected. you can go back and check my posts. I HOPED for the best and wished him well. I do blame him now that his idiotic and dangerous policies are being adopted. I do blame the media for fawning all over him and FAILING us. I do blame Congress which again, if you check my posts BEFORE the election, I warned everyone NOT to concentrate on Obama, but get those idiots out of Congress. None of this would even be happening if Congress was balanced. N'est pas?
