So I guess these guys are actively trying to get themselves dismissed as nothing more than Democrats staging this entire "movement" for the benefit of the administration.

New honest slogan for them - "Yes we are the 99%... of the 19% that are the extreme liberal left"

Hell no, protest all you want, like I said in the other Occupy thread, it looks like great fun. If I didn't have a business to run and a family to take care of, I'd be down there smoking weed and banging hotties with the best of them.

I'm not "hating" on anyone, but the Tea Party has been VERY clear about who they are and what they represent (despite lib's and the MSM's unending attempts to vilify them). These folks are straight up hardcore Liberal Democrats, admitted socialists and communists down there calling for the end of Capitalism.

Don't like the banks, awesome...protest and scream at them. Don't like Wall Street, great... hold up some signs. Openly call for the end of Capitalism through revolution and violence, yeah... get the fuck out of the country and live somewhere else.

All I'm seeing is your dislike for this group of protestors based on what some of them are saying... Sounds a lot like when lefties highlighted the elements of racism at Tea Party rallies; Just as the left leaning media has pointed out racist signs, Fox News is highlighting signs and slogans that would make their reader base dislike the protests... And you are eating it up.

The truth is, these protests are in no way any different than when the Tea Party protests started. The protestors are angry, many of them are misinformed, the message is murky and wideranging, etc... If you cant see that, then I dont know what else to say... The partisan eye sees only what it wants to see, after all.

Its because he takes what glenn beck says as truth, I listen to glenn beck in the morning on the way to work and he won't stop making fun of the protesters and trying to say they are co-opted by commies....Hello! A lot of the people out there are tea party also! Just because msnbc and glenn beck can find some bad apples doesn't mean they represent the movement! United we stand, Divided we fall!

And Glenn beck is a fucking liar in case you haven't figured that out.

I have a few 'friends' that went to the protests here in Chicago. After asking all 3 of them what they were protesting for, it was all centered around the "redistribution of wealth in this country"
So the way im seeing it, these fools want to work less and get payed more.
I wonder how many of these people are collecting unemployment, lmao
