Odd bug I cant Identify

I have found a few leaves with holes and edges cut into. I keep checking for bugs but until today haven't found anything. I saw a single fly in my grow box and killed it but after searching thoroughly haven't found anymore. I am hoping it just flew into today but some of those holes have been there at least a couple weeks. I took some pictures of the bug, it is about the size of a fly but it has a 3 part body with a longer abdomen, although black it has a metallic green tinge to it, its wings are thin and relatively long. Has anyone else came across these before and are they a problem? If it isn't this fly what else could it be? I have tried to get some pictures of a couple leaves affected and of the fly.

This looks very similar to a VINE WEEVIL.

The bugs themselves just do cosmetic damage.

The larvae are root eaters.

Confirn the ID for sure before buying anything.

Predatory nematodes are most effective against the larval stage that stays in the medium.

Yeah I just looked it up and it wasn't that so unfortunately still no solution. The damage is small and inconsistent so hopefully I won't have any more problems. If anyone does figure out what it was please let me know. Thanks.
