So I should start to flower them relatively soon? The length of the plant isn't necessarily getting any bigger but I know they will.yep that plant looks very good. you can grow with cfls but remember - keep your plant short and your bulbs as close as possible! cfls are no good with 3 feet plants. flower them early, even right now, and tie them down if you have to, to keep the plant short and compact. it will be good

right ok, yeah. sorry dude, i was wrong about that i guess.
and yeah i think you should. read about micro-grows. guys can pull off real nice yields with just clfs in those. like even 1gram per watt. they really know their shit though. otherwise you will likely score kinda low for the risk and investment you're in. but still good for xp, that's what i say.
the thing about going 12/12 now is that your plants will not start flowering immediately, but rather get into a growth burst, and only in a few weeks begin to flower, so they will probably be of good size for you by the time they finish (anywhere between 1 and 2 feet), which with proper light usage (think vertical!) can yield very nicely for you even with cfls, plus won't require so much root mass, nutrients and water, and thus be both more economic in money and space.
