odd leaves

IM into my first grow,well i have grown other plants from seeds in my sill,herbs and such,I have one plant about 7 inches now,soil grow,bout 5 weeks old.until a week ago was on 2 cfls's.It was growing slow but well,lush green good root growth and all.but a week ago i bought a 150 hps and put it over it and in the past week all the new leaves look funny.The new leaves are puffy, like a quilt,still lush green but like a parachute,where the veins are like stitching and between it is puffy.the older leaves still look flat but healthy,is this normal,i dont have the internet at home so i cant send pics,i have to use work computer.ANY IDEAS

What is the temperature at the top of your plant now that your new light is in there?

do they look krinkled???????????could be your ph...pics would really help if you could figure out a way to post em
