Get some Alaska Fish Fertilizer. It won't stop your plants from smelling skunky but it will mask the smell quite well. Just pour some concentrate around your grow room door and trust me, the last thing people are going to think is weed. Dead cat or diarrhea bag they might say, but they will never think weed. Otherwise your going to have to go with ducting and a charcoal filter I'm afraid.

What are peoples opinions of having ona inside the grow tents or growing areas. Does it have any effect on the plants at all after harvest?

i just ordered some ona gel pro from amazon. well see how this works.from what ive read it shouldnt be used inside the actual grow area because of horror stories of peoples bud absorbing the ona smell and affecting the taste.

Doubt ONA will make much difference in full on flower. Also, police officers are trained to recognize odor masking agents.
If heat isn't a problem, you don't need to exhaust at all. A small fan from Ebay sitting on top of a filter in the corner will take care of any smell. I use this setup in a 12x12 room full of plants and you can't smell shit. Of course its a little bigger filter than you need (4ft),

I just gave in and bought a 6" carbon filter for my exhaust, and a quart of ona gel to sit in my room so the smell doesn't leave through the door.

Do you think the carbon filter will be sufficient for a 3-6 plant grow in full flower? Or should I start murdering skunks and leaving them in the street by my house...

Theres this air sanitizer called Ozium, its legit stuff. I wouldnt use it as a primary solution tho. I plan on using some polyplastic and seal off half of my closet when i start flowering. With and exahust and intake of course and see how that works out.

A 6in. carbon filter/fan combo is almost enough to scrub your whole room, even with a dozen plants. For a closet with 7-8 plants it's overkill. Don't sweat it. You can probably ditch the ONA too.
I hear skunkicide can get you 20 to life.

I've tried baking soda and it doesn't do a whole lot other than make the scent less overpowering. It will not eliminate the smell and thats just with 2 plants in flowering
