Alot more info is needed to make a guess on what's happening.
Looks over watered, nutrient issues. Hard to say without all the inputs

It looks to me like you are burning the plants with the light. If it was overwatered the bottom leafs would show it. The one thing that doesn't look like light burn is that the edges of the leafs arn't turned up, but I still think the light is too close.

EDIT: Notice the damage is near the top.

Over fertilisation I would like to guess at

I don’t know what your running but maybe your nitrogen rich and she does not like it

or maybe you have hit her with some sort of bloom enhancer etc

bit the only time I get clawing like that up top is if one food value or another is to high

i run 16 l pots so I usually in this instance
Flush with ec.0.4-0.5 dependent on time of growth etc my total mix will be 1ec comprising of npk feed and a root enzym each pot will receive at least 20 litres of water through the flush i then let them dry out quite some,

this is in coco Bear in mind

this can be done in all mediums like coco soil rock wool etc just cater it for yourself

if your values in the room are some what all over the place run low ec throughout and watch for build ups

I’m old school I check run off and just feed the plant at each fed what she looks like she needs on the day

never check ph runoff tho in coco as you will get a false output, you can perform a slurry test to check your ph
