So to start off I have two plants that where giving to me. A 4 week old OG Kush and a toped 3 week plant. The OG Kush was budding when it was giving to me. Now it's been 2 weeks and there is a gook 2 grams on top. This is my 3rd grow, so I have some experience. Well Florida got some tornado warning heavy rains and my hole grow area got flooded under a foot of water. Good thing I transplanted them or those pots wouldn't of last. Well I moved my plants to the best dry place I could find in the woods. Well since the floods my plants are dying, well one is dying and the other is just bad leaves. Here are the pictures. I tried to let there soil dry for a few days, but it's been almost a 100 degrees out all week. So I watered them yesterday and just now today. Is there any hope for the 3 week old topped? Also is it still possible to top the OG Kush that's already flowering. If so could I make the top a clone?
Also since my plant is flowering so early would I get a smaller yield? Is it a good thing or bad thing?

(Sorry about picture of the dying one That's when I moved it. Now almost all those leaves are dead and yellow, basically just the stem.)
