OH MY BERRY!! here we go again!

hello RIU members! i am attempting my first organic grow using three bag seeds. i have 5 on order from GHS, great white shark FEM, and a free Warlock FEM seed. i have also just found a blackberry or purple banana seed in a nice headies stash heh. ANYWAYS as of right now 4 X 27W daylight bulbs with a 5K spectrum and 1 x 14W daylight with 6.5K spectrum, and a i believe 80MM fan blowing out hot air (the door cracked creates a mini vacuum). these seeds i have had for over a year and for some reason they all have it seems some "skin" missing on the cotyledon in a perfect mini circle and its only on 1 of them the new leaves are perfect though and im still looking for my thermometer.

p.s. is there too much light?

heres a update about 3 weeks into their veggie states. no nutes till flowering and im going to be using advanced nutrients super tea organic formula, currently im using distilled water and added molasses and epsom salt yesterday. prior to the feeding the girl to the left has been getting some kind of deficiency im thinking magnesium but i may be wrong. any ideas?
