ive Been reading quite a bit here lately and I love your blunt no nonsense responses to rookie questions. For the record I doubled down on the mag at 2tps/gallon tonite

As far as HPS vs LED goes I would get a grow or two in to be comfortable. Then make the decision based on your needs. Better means six to one half dozen to the other. Find you fit then get in in that space. Good luck

Led sucks. Hps is great for me because the heat keeps the grow tent and whole house exactly where i want it 6 months out of the year which is all i need. No sense trying to grow indoor when its 95 outside.
That’s my plan to a tee..when I decided to come indoors and was looking at lighting I got a lot of mixed opinions on led as far as brand,efficiency,price etc.. I got into a decent hid setup for a low price. I’d like to get 2 or 3 grows in to build confidence and then think about different changes/upgrades

You got this then. The only thing that actually sucks is never germinating the seed. Not the type of light you use
