OK guys what is this? PLEAASE HELP :* got some pictures

ok i am going to use No Pest Strip's it works for mites only thing that completly gets rid of it,do a search on it related to marijjauna,,,do u think it could be thrips? someone said it looked like thrips,,how do i get rid of thrips compeltly,will the no pest strips work,,this is not the sticky paper needed to make contact with them,this gives off a vapor in the room for a few days and works

i had a gnatt problem and i used beer in bowls next to the plants and sand and it works fine.
