Due to some fucktard wanted by the police that never changed his address the police have been coming to my crib alot looking for him.

My wife is super freaked out. She said to either kill, toss away or hide the plant. Option number 3 is the only option I like.

If the police do decide to execute a search warrant looking for this dude my operation will certainly be uncovered.

How much damage will I cause the plant ( it is a female..about a month old ) if I put it in a cabinet for about 2 days with out light?

I could possibly hook a single 42w bulb butif the man is coming in he's coming in.

First thing you do is go down to the police station and talk to someone in charge..not some douche at the desk..explain to them that some turd lived there before you and the police keep coming over looking for this clown and it needs to stop.

Yep. The land lady did her work but my wife is super noid. This is my best looking plant yet. It smells super strong unlike my others. Im just gonna let it ride I guess. One plant shouldn't land me in the can.

I'm no lawyer, but say the police have a warrant to search and sieze a computer and other digital storage devices in a known sex offenders house.... if his old lady had a meth pipe in her panty drawer, and they locked her up after finding it - She would have a very good chance at beating the charge due to an unlawful search and seizure. I know that's a bit far fetched, but in your situation, it would seem applicable. They aren't there to search for YOU or to look through YOUR personal property. If the lease is in your name, it's your house... they need a warrant for YOU before they can come in and start fliping over mattresses and kicking down doors. Anyways... enough law & order.... makes me sick to even think that way. GOOD LUCK to you buddy - I completely agree with the others - get the landlord on the phone ASAP... get the CHIEF of police if neccessary, and if it comes down to it - get a lawyer and threaten to file suit for harrassment or unwarranted search & seizure if it goes that far.

A friend of mine just got a visit by the cops.. he's a med patient and has a card.. some douche with a grudge called them and said his kid was in danger or some gay shit like that..
the cops showed and he was well over his limit.. they just told him to straighten shit out and they'd be back in a few to check up that everything was in order.. didn't get any tix or go to jail or anything..
and yes, they did come back a few days later if i remember his story right.. i think he's in oregon if that counts..

i agree, be proactive. get your paperwork and go to the police before they come to you. or fill out a change of address for the dumbass.
