It's honestly a cluster fuck here. Ever changing laws, and underground business is making the legal market crash. You can get some good indoor for $700-$800.. Top shelf may get a little more, but there's just not the market at the moment for $15 retail grams anymore. Most shops sell $100 for 3 zips (mids to lower).. Average retail gram is about $5-$6 bucks for quality indoor. Alot of people have gone back to the BM. You can still grow 24 plants with a 4 person household for $50 a year as a patient... but they don't get looked at or inspected by the State, so guess what's going on? It's costing more and more to stay legal, and a lot of people are tired of the paperwork and inspection violations. Don't blame them, it's an easy work around... we have not gone that route. We're still trying to stay on the level with the State, and do everything we can to abide 788 ruling.

That’s same for our avg top shelf here (there is some premium 38-40% cannabinoid stuff around atm, but now I’m hijacking).

Seeing the same terpes out here too (3-4%). The terpenes testing is starting to become more relevant here too (so cal), but I honestly don’t know what’s up with “that” atm. It seems new/now-relevant imho, like thcA and CBD in addition to mucho THC (= daaaaank) was maybe too complicated for most consumers?…. Again, I feel like it’s not new but it is what consumers are now interested in. Maybe I’m just too stoned atm.

Thanks for the scoop

That’s a complex problem you have there, as I’m sure you’re aware most everywhere else doesn’t have dispensaries spread that far. I must pass 7 to go to my favorite and w/ half a gallon of gas necessary round trip.

Yeah, I have to wait in the car. Oklahoma doesn't like my birth certificate and I can't change to an OK driver's license without more documentation from the state department. I thought it was soo cool when I was a kid that I have dual citizenship. I'm my adult life, I have to prove that I've been an American since birth, I just happened to have been born on foreign soil while my dad was stationed there.
Gets better even! when I asked the lady at the public safety office why Oklahoma doesn't like the "Certified True Copy" I have of my birth certificate, from the county recorders office. She rather angrily informed me that, and I quote "Oklahoma has very stringent immigration policies!" I've never wanted to slap someone more than I did right then.

Kinda got me wondering if I should have claimed "Latino" on all these race questions through the years. I was born in Panama so?

Whitest Panamanian you'll ever see!

That crazy here on the east coast things are very different so many taxes on product 2-3 hundred oz in shops. witch leaves tons of room for a healthy gray market, Its twice the price you quoted in the BM here.

OKC and local gov. are getting there tax out of it. While not as bad as looney lib states. It's 21.5% total tax per sale in my little redneck town retail. 7% excise, 4.5% weed tax, 9% sales tax. And it's my understanding there wanting to tax even more. But the only thing in reality stopping them is the use of bang sticks on politicians. It is a real possibility here. City Board meetings have ended with the smell of gun powder hanging in the air in my little town before,,,, LMFAO!!!!

Ya but at least in the looney lib states theres room for everybody to make a living, I see that same thing happening like you in the PNW 40 dollar ozs in the shops the good craft growers are folding up.

What's a looney lib state? Sounds interesting
One state is wasting money on officers closing dispensaries for not paying taxes on products not sold.

Another state is sending officers out of state to stake out neighboring-state gun store parking lots. (Anyone catch the news story of the stunt someone pulled with a rented Tesla last week? Or the smash n grab jewelry robbery at 11am?)

Careful, making a comment like you did might make you look no better than the liberal communists drunkards I’m surrounded by in my home state.

You might be different, but you’re my neighbor. Let’s keep the politics out of it here. (someday we gotta get rid of these politicians only interested in their ego and hell bent on breaking one of the Ten Commandments. <- from the mouth/desk of a godless-Californian)
