The Feds busted an illegal operation in Muskogee yesterday 24,000 plants I stopped counting at 100 grow houses (pic7) Someone discussing it on facebook said his family (they did not know it was a illegal grow) did the electrical work on the place and they paid them 40K cash like it was nothing. The TV news said the living quarters had no electricity or water and the workers were washing their clothes in a nasty stagnant pond on the property. I guess the plants and watering systems had electricity. They took in 24 workers suspected illegal but only have ONE arrest warrant issued. I didnt read this okc fox article I just clicked on it because it had the most photos when I was looking for a link to post. Im sure most of you have already seen this on the TV News.

On another note.... My son was approached leaving a dispensary in Muskogee the other day by a woman offering him an oz for $50. He said it was well-trimmed and looked like decent mid-grade weed. She kept wanting him to smell it. He turned her down and she offered again at $40/oz He did not buy and as soon as he got down the road he called the owner which is a family friend and notified him. I doubt she is hanging around there now...lol.

I'm surprised they didn't get a grow license. Makes no sense to leave yourself exposed as unlicensed if your going to spend the resources to set something up like that.

Wow, that’s a big one! Glad it’s shut down now. The plants looked pretty decent though!
A little update on my op. Simon, the owner of Serious Seeds liked some of my pictures on IG of their CBD Warlock and White Russian I’m growing and sent me a dm asking if I had more I could share with them! Idk if it’s more common than I realize for them to connect with new, nobody growers like myself, but I’m just blown away to have THE Simon direct messaging me because he is impressed with my photos! Sure gave me a much-needed boost of confidence!
Here are the best I took the past few days:
White Russian. I didn’t keep the cut because all the seeds were pretty uniform and good, plus I seeded one of these with that nice Hunza Valey male, so oughta have at least 100+ seeds of that to play with. Fantastic strain. Does seem to want to pop stamens right at the end, but have yet to find any seeded. My personal overall rating for this pheno is 8/10
CBD Warlock
I’ve posted about this one quite a bit. It’s not going anywhere. Great anytime for anything strain. 8.5/10
Bob Ross
100-pack limited release from DNA/CFF. Purple Banana Sherbert. I’ve yet to run across a box this one doesn’t check. It’s incredible on every level. Smells loud of sour oranges and lime skittles. Lots of potency for smelling so incredible. I’m focusing the remainder of this year’s production on ole Bob. 8.5/10 (if I score based on how I think the market would rate, I’d give it a 9.5/10 for overall appeal, I just personally enjoy earthier strains or Sativa-effect to smoke).
Chemdog91 S1 from CSI
So far, this one smells the loudest and best and just happened to have the best structure, so I’m looking forward to finishing this one out and taking it through R&D.

Oh boy I’m excited for these! Have 3 that are really really nice, but 1 is just on another level..
Hunza Valley91 from Lucky Dog
Stout plants in every way. The smells are deep and rich, very leathery and musky; one is more chemmy for sure though and even has more of a conical cola like the CD91 S1s (not the one pictured; this one is more of a skelly leaner I assume). I’m really looking forward to R&D with these too.

So the wife and I were in the garage(we don't smoke in the house) and she looks at me and says "You should start a weed club."
Me: But we don't like people just coming over.
Her: Not like that, just maybe something once a month have a few friends come over and discuss what's happening in you all's various grows.
Me: I only know one or two growers that we know well enough to have them in our home. Not meaning to be paranoid, babe, but not everyone is on the up and up.
Her: Well, you'll just have to be careful who you invite. I'll make snacks
