What are you growing in? Looks like soil but what brand is it?
And what exactly are you giving it that is 24-14-14?

All I can say for sure is that your pH is too high. It shouldn't be above 6.5, or else most of what you feed becomes much less available to the plant.

Nullis: just some soil from walmart that had a ratio of 0.1-0.05-0.05, also the nutrients i am giving it says its for roses, is that bad?

StonedBlownSkiller: thanks for the chart, im thinking of using a little over 1/2 strength for my nutes, and adding in some epsom salt because i am pretty sure i have an mg deficiency.

kingofqueen: by flushing it with water do you mean i should water them with pure water once, or several times?

flush one good time and get you a good nutrient solution ready for the next feed after the flush. mg def. looks reasonable. guano has good trace elements and good NPK values. The soil for roses is ok because all the levels are low. I always prefer adding all nutes myself.

These are comprehensive guides with pictures:

Don't give ANY fertilizer until your pH is lowered/after the flush. This is very important; if your pH is off and you keep piling on the nutrients there is strong certainty that things will get worse, and you'll also be wasting nutrients. It is common for people to think their plants are deficient when in fact the nutrients are there but locked out, or what you're actually looking at and/or may end up with is toxicity.
Even after you flush you might not want to go right ahead and add more fertilizer to the soil...you could wait a couple days and feed foliarly during this time to see if things improve. You can do this with Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) for instance by mixing 1 teaspoon to a gallon of water and misting the undersides of the leaves (using a spray bottle). It is okay to mist the tops of the leaves too, in your case with a CFL it should be fine. It is just that with HID's especially the water droplets are like magnifying glasses and could cause burns as they evaporate.
