old on seeds

I had some seeds in a jar with banana & apple peels (fortunately only bagseeds) & the genius of mine forgot to open the jar for several days & it got mold. The seeds must have also cuz i don't remember them so light colour . I now put them in a plate to get some fresh air. Should i toss them away or i can just let them in fresh air for a while & they'll be ok??

Toss em in a glass of water for 24-48hrs and see if they crack. However it would suck to have root issues from the get go. Perhaps new seeds are the way to go.. That's your call..

Yeah, you're right. I'll start new seeds. I have plenty of bagseeds anyway.

if they were valuable spray hydrogen peroxide on them but bagseed i would toss as well.
