thanks tokin hippy.
fonz, i usually don't flush, i don't believe in this method. although the last watering was plain water and the last feeding was a week ago.
i can give the girls plain water today and it will be like flushing but i don't know if i want to.
took a closer look at the trichromes today with a X60 microscope, #2 and #3 look like ready, most of the trichromes are milky.
i guess ill chop those until the end of the week.

The trichomes should be all milky and around 15% amber by my book.
Unless you want the indica couch-lock that could be achived by letting it go until 50% amber.

As you run with chem. nutrients you probably want to leech out as much Nitrogen as you can. The flushing is to remove excess salts and the clean water is to make the plant use up the remaning nitrogen.
An alternative would be to stop feeding with anything that contains nitrogen 2 weeks before chopping and adding enzymes to break down the residue.
Molasses \ honey \ silan \ fructose alone in the water for the last 10 days should be enough for your plants. They shouldn't show too many underfeeding symptoms.

Another reason to stop feeding is to lower the EC of the medium. If the plants are healthy the EC difference should make the plants take in more water than usual and pump up with water. Thats the theory, but in soil its not that easy to lower the EC.
