Well I have been using a tea using 4 tablespoons of powdered molasses, 4 Ta of Alfalfa, 4 ta of Maxicrop Seaweed liquid and 4 Ta of Jobes 2-5-3 in 4 gallons of water. It foams well aerated in 24 hours and seems to do what I want it to which is add the microbial life Jobes mentions on the bag. I want to change up some things. It seems I have educated myself somewhat but may need clarification. I want to change the Jobes 2-5-3 out for EWC but am not sure how much to add. Thinking a cup? Second on my mind is a fungal Tea which from my searching should be something like this, two tablespoons Fish hydrosolate, 1 cup EWC and 4 tablespoons powdered alfalfa. Am I on the right track?

I would do one of two things. Or both, but separate brews.

A) Keep your recipe and add only a HANDFUL of EWC. This tea you brew is a nutrient tea.

B) Brew a EWC Tea. Basic recipe is EWC and molasses. You can add kelp and fish hydrolisate, but very little.
http://microbeorganics.com/ recommendations per water volume:

2,38% EWC
0,5% Molasses
0,25% Kelp meal (optional)
0,063% fish hydrolisate (optional)
