This is in reply to the sandwich thread. I didn't make a sandwich so I didn't feel like polluting that thread with non sandwich items so I figured I'd put this in a new thread.

This my braised short ribs. (I'll post the recipe if anyone is interested)

Prep:

I usually serve them with Saffron infused mashed potatoes

Lemme nom nom nom nom nom nom the shit out of those.....god damn!

They're fantastic. They stay in the oven for about 3.5 hours so by the time they come out they're ridiculously fork tender. The pieces of short rib pretty much just melt in your mouth.
