I seen that on the tips in the pics but didn't think much of it because the buds look so good. Its not really a huge deal is it? Also do you consider them to be note sensitive then?

Love your journals bro appreciate all the experience you post, just recently got the Illumitex 300w neosol and have a pair of new a51 on preorder gonna hypothetically run a side by side. Wanted to ask if you had to throw at me any core advice on what you had to go through and learn getting your A51 Leds dialed in what would it be? I would say canopy control is a big one. Learn to tie shit down, or scrog...
Start the lights off high, they've got a lot of oomph and can stunt young plants if they're too close.
Ummm.. I'm sure there's other things, but I'm pretty high...

^thats about the two biggest in my book, fried my seedlings for the first time this go by pushing how close I could start the light... oh and in my book thinning out lower growth is big but idk if everyone would agree so I will just say that beef set ya on the right track to a good harvest with that post.

Hypothetically I normally just combine Lts/supercropping as canopy control. I was thinking my normal method of those two should be good for Leds since it lowers the canopy while eliminating the popcorn/lower growth. As far as nutes go find you could push more, had to use less, or about the same?

I run between 1000-1200ppm every watering. 200ppm of that is from my water.

roger, just trying really hard to give this LED grow as best of chance as possible. Tired of poor journals and results due to human error and not the fault of the actual light/spectrum.

ahhh the question I'm still wrestling with. I should have everything up and running about the time I recieve the a51 lights so I have a little time to decide. I'm sure quite a few people would be interested to see side by side results of illumitex and A51 as well as just seeing how well Illumitex does period so I'll be contemplating it. If nothing else I will provide updates. Being from Texas makes a journal sketchy though.

Ok, so the over fertilization has definitely stopped dead in its tracks. The 24L of water was just what the Dr. ordered... in this case, me. I am the Dr. LOL
