On going problem Yellow top to bottom /purple stalk's /leaves

Hey all first time poster here . I will eventually start a journal but am in a cycle as we speak . I seem to be having a on going issue in veg /flower . My plant's,not all ,want to yellow top to bottom evenly?
I also notice they will eventually go purple as well very purple stalk's, veins , start's at underside of fan's alway's newest top growth firs't growth is slow water uptake is slow and being as it's a ongoing problem it never get's corrected even with adjustment's ph'd water 6.5 every time,iv try'd flushing, run off ppm check, run off ph ,water when dry every other day . They are on a water, feed, water, feed ,schedule . GH 3PART alway's under 1000 ppm soil grow ocean forest cut with perlite for compaction and root organic equal parts . cal mag, silica ,tap water 180 ppm . plant's get zero food during veg 2 to 3 week's what's going on i have somewhat of a clue and it's alway's 3 to 5 plant's outa 20 that get this suck's wasting space time and supply's on this problem i know it's a rookie mistake whatever it is just can't figure out flush didn't help, feeding does nothing ,and they finish very weak small bud sight's zero frost woody stem's crappy smoke wile everything else is dead on track same strain's at that here are some photo's hopefully i can get sent in proper direction even with the yellowing /purple plant is growing veg it hit's whenever wk 1 ,2 3 , flower wk 2 or 3 after that it's down hill fast :wall:

Looks like a few deficiencies. I am wondering if you are giving them too much calcium with the calmag supplement. Your tap water is 180ppm so it may just contain enough calcium already. By chance do you have a water softener? If so too much sodium could also be contributing to your problems.

Hey alex yes i do use a filter boogie blue . It's supposed to remove chlorine yes city tap is 180 ppm on dot 7.1 ph alway's i usually use about 2 to 3 ml per gal cal mag and half tsp silica per gal . Thing is over 10 grow under my belt not many but cal mag seem'd to never b a issue i believe i noticed problem's when i got filter now that i think about it
